cathy's sausage / bacon casserole. BUT, I recently served it. I have ground sausage in the freezer. Thoughts? Not thinking anything "stuffed" as I have time constraints.
Edited to say, maybe I am open to stuffed, as long as I can do ahead....
AND edited to say that while I call it brunch, it could be a dinner side. I am easy, will serve with egg frittata. could be more of a dinner side......
