Any ideas for leftover/cooked barbequesd ribs? Except for pork-fried rice? Thanks

I wrap leftover ribs well and freeze them for a touch of a summer meal. . .

in the winter time. I usually cook 2 whole racks at a time, and we can take care of one in a few days, but the other rack is frozen, like I said. Frozen because I will eat nothing but ribs, morning, noon, and night till they are gone! I actually did this, oh, probably a couple of months ago, and at the end of the week, I had lost weight. . . but I felt like I had been a pig (oink).

You could use them to flavor beans, very nice. Or use them to make a soup or chili of some sort. Might be tasty to use some to flavor a pot of greens too.
