Any Italian-speakers on board?

I was shopping for farro (aka spelt, though some books say they're not the same thing), and ended up buying a box of "farro in chicchi". Also on the box is "semibrillato", which I take to mean semi-polished, or pearled. But I can't find any online or language-dictionary translation for "in chicchi". Does anyone know what this means? Thanks!

you're correct. I looked it up my Italian dictionary and it grain, whole. smileys/smile.gif
