First time I've seen them!!
I do as much canning as my schedule will allow during the season...and I abhor running short of supplies when I'm on a roll...I LOVE the idea of these rings. I wasn't sure I would be, but, basically it's the same kind of ring originally used on Mason jars with the hook and bale. Thanks so much for sharing...I'm going ISO !!
