Any recipes for meringue cookies? Somone brought some mini vanilla ones from Trader Joes......

It's something I never woulda bought, but someone brought it back from a trip.

They're yummy!!! So light and vanilla-y! Now I wanna try some.

Or it that something that should NEVER be attempted in Hawaii, humidity and all?
