different techniques. I have 1.5 lbs of beef strips, eggs, red peppers, and many different seasonings.

Any thoughts?

 
I'm sure you know the basics, but my favorite kind of fried rice has

a little coconut milk added in to soften the cooked (usually leftover) rice and gives it a Thai flavor.

I add soy sauce, peas, carrots, red and green peppers, and sliced mushrooms along with the cooked beef strips. Scramble eggs in a separate pan; simmer over med-low until all heated through.and then add scrambled eggs. Serve with hot sauce and top with scallions.
