Any thoughts on silly kitchen utensils/gadgets? My Sister and I always exchange Christmas stockings

and the trick/laugh is to come up with the silliest kitchen utensil.

Last year she won....Some sort of lemon peeler

Year before, I won...Pickle picker upper....

Any thoughts/ideas?

Oh this is so fun I might have to start this tradition - a popcorn bowl with a basketball goal...

a popcorn launcher, place for a cold drink, napikin, and remote as well as a grate to separate out the unpopped kernels - all built into one bowl.

Fortune teller finger guard - you know like the paper ones we used to make in school - made out of silicone to protect your fingers when picking up something hot.

How fun is this. I never knew there were so many ridiculous products - who buys these for real? Surely enough people aren't buying them for gags to make them profitable enough to manufacture?????

I really like my green bean guiotinne, although it makes the menfolk a tad nervous!

It's wonderful for beans though and is fun to use. I got mine from a local kitchen shop but here's a similar one that's under $5.

I just saw a "greens cutter" on clearance. It's a plastic gadget that "cuts" lettuces etc.
