Anybody see a problem with this recipe - Pain Aux Raisins?

Sorry if I don't quite understand. Are you

saying you didn't like her croissant dough? Can I buy store croissant or should I go through the arduous process of making my own?

Not that bad- I am making a batch of croissants tomorrow. Huge difference in taste from store-bought

Once you get the idea of rolling out the dough then incorporating the butter, chilling and rolling again a few times it is not so bad. Gotta create all those flaky layers. Worth the effort in my book.

I think croissant dough is quite hard to make, and most especially if you haven't done

it. It requires, as Cathy says, layering the butter perfectly to get those flaky layers.
Whether you can buy dough, I don't know.
