Professional Magazine and I am so disappointed. I have been a Chocolatier Subscriber from the beginning and this new magazine, received yesterday is Not for me.

I just hate when these corporate types take a perfectly excellent magazine and diminish it to to 12 pages in a new magazine. The new magazine incorporates "Pastry Art & Design," Frozen Desserts," and "Chocolatier."
