Anyone (by chance) have a recipe for Pollo A la Brasa, which is a popular dish in Peru?

I have a friend I went to high school with who is living in Peru now. He LOVES this dish, and he's recommending it to me. He doesn't cook much, so he doesn't have a T & T recipe. He's trying to locate one from some of his favorite eateries. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it?

Looks very good! I'm all for trying new, interesting ways of making chicken. I perused my books,

and do not have a recipe. Lots on the net. Let me know if you make it, and if you use the whole chicken or cut up. Sounds like fun recipe to try.

I hadn't seen this one. It has many different ingredients than the one I posted. She...

...points out that every Peruvian restaurant in New York has a different closely-guarded recipe for this chicken dish. That would explain why the two recipes are so far apart!

Interesting...
