Anyone cooking with Mulberries?

I agree, they taste flat to me, it seems to me that cooks used to mix them with gooseberries when I

was a kid, does that ring a bell with anyone?

mixed with strawberries.

the best fruit vinegar that i've made has with mulberries.

 
red mulberries taste much better than white ones...

you can tell by the color of the bark.
