one thing to keep in mind is that if you will start a strict Paleo nutrition, things can get expensive very quickly - for instance, if you look at 90% of the bread recipes that are paleo-friendly, they call for special flours that can cost a small fortune (pecan flour, cashew flour etc etc)
That is one reason I really like and recommended the book called The Frugal Paleo, which I listed in that post. It is a sensible approach, that doesn't neglect the cost of food and special ingredients.
