Anyone else cooking for Cinco de Mayo? Yesterday I made these Mexican chocolate brownies

No, but if I was drinking, it would be these: CI's Margaritas

4 teaspoons grated lime zest
1/2 cup lime juice from 2 to 3 medium limes
4 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1/2 cup lemon juice from 2 to 3 medium lemons
1/4 cup superfine sugar
Pinch table salt
2 cups crushed ice
1 cup 100 percent agave tequila, preferably reposado
1 cup Triple Sec

Prep:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Let steep a few hours...up to a day in frig.

To serve:
(edited) Put 1/4 C crushed ice in 4 glasses.
Add remaining 1 C crushed ice to pitcher, add alcohol, and citrus mix. Strain into glasses.

(Mar's Note: I didn't include any of CI's commentary. Just the ingredients and my instructions. Comments on this recipe at other sites say it makes a "strong" margarita. Being the wuss I am, I'd probably reduce the tequila based on that statement. Another online comment was NOT to waste money on Cuervo Gold or other top shelf tequilas.)

Pam, it said divide between 4 and 6 glasses, so I went with 4.

I just edited the text to say 4 glasses instead of 4 cups.
