Anyone else risk cutting their tongue on the food processor blade just because

whatever is so darn tasty? (AFTER scraping down the bowl, etc, just in case you thought I meant while it was still processing...)

In my case, pesto made from fresh basil & fresh garlic just plucked from our as yet meager garden.

 
No, you didn't!! I have too much fear of that blade. I can barely handle it to get it to the sink.

 
Luisa, I just made basil pesto too. Mine was basil, fresh garlic, macadamia nuts

lemon juice, evoo, and fresh roasted tomatoes. Oh yum!

 
No, no, no! If you were my kid you'd be standing in the corner ;o) Please don't!

You could always use your finger to wipe it off and then lick your finger. And even then...

 
remedy--after you empty the bowl, whril it one last time which cleans the blade--then lick the bowl.

with fingers or spatula
