Anyone ever hear of a cinnamon allergy/intolerance?

No, but you can be allergic to just about anything. Allergy & intolerance are very different things.

As someone who gets anaphylactic reactions, people who say they're "allergic" to something that makes them fart drives me crazy.

 
Yes, I've heard of that. And if you google "cinnamon allergy"

you'll find many sites siting/discussing it.

 
I'm not allergic - but cinnamon in candles irritates my eyes now a days

I can eat cinnamon straight or in things and cooking with it doesn't bother me - but candles with cinnamon - my eyes burn and tear up. This started happening last year - before that it was never an issue. Don't know why it started.

Hi Pat. Did that, but all that was coming up was sneezy-type things, and my little neice gets

violently ill with gastro problems after eating it. Took a while to figure it out. I had never heard of that! She is going in for more tests to make sure it's nothing more serious, poor thing.
