TIA!

I saw that too, but did you see the one star reviews????

it's so hard to decide if these are really good, 10% of the reviews were horrible!

Do they have to be dried. Some buy fresh organic roses from places like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's

and use the petals fresh. Have you tried your local Health Food Stores?

ours did not have it... (more)

I just remembered I am going to New York on the 11th - should be able to find it there, just need some time to look for a Middle Eastern market while in town

don' t know why I did not think about that! smileys/wink.gif

they have the exact spice mix I want to make... and they ship! (more)

placed my order, won't even have to worry about stopping by!

(we will be super busy, as usual)

I have never worked with dried flower petals. Sometimes I grow edible flowers in my herb garden

to use in salads. They are so pretty and really catch the eyes of your guests. I am always amazed when they ask, "can I eat these flowers?" Well, I put them in your salad.....so funny!

ooops....

ground cinnamon.
ground coriander.
ground nutmeg.
ground cardamom.
ground cumin.
ground rose petals

SallyBR--The following was written as a reply to one of the low Amazon reviews==>

I am an herbalist, and the best place I've found for rose buds and petals is Mountain Rose Herbs. It is a mail order herb company in Eugene Oregon (they have a store there too, so if you're local, go check them out).
You'll pay more, but they have the best quality.
I would never buy from anywhere that had something like spider webs in it. That is no good!
