Anyone have a good Chocolate Buddino recipe that has espresso in it?

Thank you, Cyn, for my *new word of the day.* Now, if I use it three times, it will be mine

forever. Of course, if I use THIS PARTICULAR WORD, it will involve copious amounts of chocolate and cream and egg yolks and MIO DIO!...I can literally hear my arteries slamming shut like jail cells closing down for the night.

So...after reading a few recipes, can I assume this is basically Crème brûlée with chocolate added?

Leite's recipe sounds amazing...could you just add a TBL of instant espresso to the milk component. Or use a shot of espresso and fill up to 1/2 Cup of liquid?

This calls for a good chocolate. You're going to have to FORCE YOURSELF, woman, to do right by this recipe.

FORCE YOURSELF, I SAY..IT'S YOUR DUTY! I will expect a report on my desk by 9:00 AM tomorrow.

if anyone ever comes up here to visit smileys/smile.gif go to Orso restaurant and have their rice pudding brulee.

so awesome. it has bits of candied citrus peel in it. (pretend I put those marks over brulee. )

Sorry ma'am, but I'm going to miss that deadline. Guests don't arrive until Thursday and I was

planning this for the weekend. Think I'm going to go with Gay's posting since, in a fit of "get rid of it" cleaning, I gave my tart pans away.

Thanks!
