Don' t have a recipe but a suggestion:
Get yourself out and buy some of the "Maesri" canned Masaman curry, some coconut milk and then follow the recipe on the curry can, subbing in a couple of pounds of shrimp for the meat. I use a whole can of curry but you can use less. The masaman curry is not very hot and is loaded with "sweet" spices and has gone well with everything I have tried it with. I usually add a little sugar to bring up the sweet spice flavor also, which should go well with shrimp.
Just a suggestion, but I think I will try it the next time I can get shrimp on sale!
