Anyone have a Sprouts store near them? Just got one. Thoughts?

Actually it's called Sunflower Farmers Market, but they were just bought and didn't have time to change the sign before opening.

Any good buys/things you like there?

Now I have a Sprouts, TJ's, and Smart/Final all in the same shopping center near me. It was nice to see some organic produce (not as good as WF, but a lot closer to me).

Great buys on nice produce. I do most of my shopping at Sunflower.

I also like that mine has small packages of meat and has frequent reduced or manager's specials in meat. I don't buy things like paper goods there because it is all organic/recycled too expensive stuff. Beer & wines sale prices are good - I buy a twelve pack of Sessions Black Lager for $9.99 on sale. Good prices on their own brand of olive oil and things like that. Don't like the breads they make. Nice bulk foods selection.

I really like the fact that it is a smaller store & doesn't take me forever to get in and out of. Sprouts is acquiring Sunflower & the stores and sales have always been very similar.

I like the produce and the bulk foods. They have good sale prices on meat

Their bulk food section is very large and they have very good prices, I buy most of my grains and baking supplies there.

Like Melissa mentioned, I avoid buying paper products there, because of the prices.

They other good thing is their weekly sales are actually 8 days, vs 7 like other grocers, so there is overlap on Wednesdays with dual weeks' specials.

They are here, too. I've been in one once as I wasn't cooking yet, but was quite impressed with the

amount of and prices on produce. Am planning a trip to a store today.
Lisa, thanks for the bulk foods tip. There is also a store here called Green Fields. I don't know if it's a chain or not, but not as nice as Sprouts imo.
