a bit confused about whether or not LTD2 is as good as the stainless. I googled and it looks like the 2 means it is a Williams Sonoma's version. Just wondered if anyone has it and how they like it.

 
The LTD2 is dishwasher safe (the old LTD wasn't).

LTD supposedly gets a little hotter than the stainless, since the exterior aluminum is more heat conductive than stainless.

 
I guess I'm really wondering if this skillet would be that much better than my Cuisinart multi-clad.
