covered it this month. Lots of terrific recipes.

I liked everything. Items marked with (*), I'll make again.

Hands down, my two favorite dishes were the Cous Cous with Honeyed Caramelized Onions and the Orange Salad (presented with regular oranges on the perimeter and blood oranges in the middle of the platter.)

The final menu:

- Pita Bread*

- Semolina Anise Bread

- Harissa*

- Hummus

- Muhammara (Walnut and Pomegranate Paste)

- Spinach and Yogurt Salad

- Grated Carrot Salad*

- Egg-and-Lemon Fish Soup*

- Borlotti Beans with Onions and Tomatoes in Olive Oil (and Dill)

- Sweet Potato Salad

- Onion Rolls Stuffed with Meat in Tamarind Sauce*

- Couscous with Honeyed Caramelized Onions and Raisins (and Lamb)*

- Orange Salad with Orange Blossom Water and Cinnamon*

- Orange Almond Cake (includes oranges that were boiled for 2 hours!)*
