Found it! Cuisine At Home "Deviled Eggs"
6 eggs
1/4 C prepared salad dressing (ie Miracle whip) or mayo
1 Tbl minced fresh parsley
1 tsp each: sweet pickle juice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp dry mustard
salt to taste
Hard cook eggs in large pan covered with cold water.
Bring to boil over high heat. As soon as water boils, turn off heat, cover pan, let stand 12 minutes. Runn cold water to cool eggs. Peel, cut lengthwise.
Scoop out yolks, put whites aside
Mash yolks, dressing, remaining ingredients, season with salt. Spoon into halves.
Garnish with gherkins or cornichons.
Serve immediately or chill loosely covered with plastic wrap.
