Anyone have Diana Kennedy's books? Need a recommendation.

My cookbook group picked Diana Kennedy for next month. I don't have her books but need to choose between Essentials Cuisines of Mexico and Art of Mexican Cooking. Any thoughts?

Traca, I have the original "Cuisines" but not either of these

I have "Art". Pulled lots of recipes in the past and have used her Green Chile Stew for decades.

Late but I have Essentials

and everything I have made was a keeper and I use over and over. There is a green chile stew in it that is one of my faves - not sure if it is the same one or not
