Ever since the demise of my Wearever Suoer Shooter, I have been looking for an "easier" way to press cookies- Thought this would be great, got a big discount when I got it at Tuesday Morning-Welllll....I used it for the first time yesterday- What a disaster!- I charged it for 6 hours like it said, and it had NO power- I used a recipe from THEIR instruction book, thinking they would have the right consistency, but it jsut spun and spun and when the "pusher"finally got to the end, the dough just clung to the die in soft mess, mind you the dough was NOT soft.....I can't explain it- Does anyone have this, and am I doing something wrong???

Take it back and get a Super Shooter on eBay.....

I bought 3 more this season to give my daughters. They can be bought for less than $20 if you watch and they work so much better than any press I ever had.

Tuesday Morning should be willing to refund your money.

I know it's frustrating but at least you'll be able to make cookies easily. smileys/smile.gif

If you need help with eBay, PM me.
(go to ebay.com and enter a search for: cookie, electric. Look on the categories to the left, click on 'kitchen' or 'housewares' or whatever it is, then sort though the ones that come up. I found this to be the best search and it was how I got some great deals)

I agree with GayleMO - the Super Shooter has no rival

I still can't believe they discontinued it!!!!
