I recently sold the contents of a Quiznos restaurant that had a minor roof leak to a used restaurant equipment dealer. It took him 3 long weeks to even get to the restaurant and pull the stuff out of it. He said with the economy as bad as it is, a lot of restaurants are closing.
Now's the time to pick up any commercial equipment you might want!
