Anyone know of sites for recipes for 2-4 people? Casseroles, quick breads, cookies, . . .

and other home-made food. It is hard to cut some recipes down; I would like to work from some tried recipes. Casseroles are a plus. Half recipes for cookies would be great. Quick breads, like Mariyln's at the link below would be wonderful as well.

Sites with advice for cutting recipes down would be great also. I have some basic knowledge of this, but more info is needed.

I need to cook smaller amounts. My dog, chickens and ducks are getting way too fat. . . as well as my husband and me. . . The freezer is full, fridge fills up fast, but not so fast down; tired of left-overs, especially left-overs I don't care for.

Thank you!

I like this cookbook from CI/ATK--i bought it used really cheaply

Also, if you have a subscription to Cooks Illustrated, you can search on the site for cooking for 2 and several articles and recipes come up.

I'm in the same boat as you, with no pets to help out. smileys/smile.gif
