Anyone know what this pan is called or what it's used for??

" I have a baking tin that was my grandma's. It's like a muffin tin, 12 cups, but they are rounded and shallow, almost like an Aebleskiver pan but for the oven and not stove top. Any ideas what it is called or what it's for??"

That was my guess before reading your idea--abelskiver

pan--maybe for baking. There are some recipes for that.
