I wanted to post this in a new string. Marilyn brought it up with the stainless steel tables in a previous post.
So many little restaurants are closing their doors right now (so sad!) that used equipment is piling up at restaurant supply houses.
My advice: Only look at used equipment, and bring CASH. Don't be afraid to make a low offer. They just might be glad to move some stock.
