Anyone "love" their toaster oven? I am looking for something w/ a small footprint.

I LOVE my Oster and probably do 75% of my oven cooking in it. Great for summertime.

But it isn't a small footprint. There are smaller Osters. I'll stand by the brand.

I love mine too. Besides toast, it is great for reheating small portions of things

that would get mushy in a microwave (pizza, pastry, egg rolls, anything fried...)

I use it for small gratins and casseroles, or when I'm just broiling one or two chicken breasts. It saves time and energy because it heats up instantly.

Is yours the 6 slice convection? Do you have to reverse the oven rack between toasting and baking?

Do the toaster ovens toast well?

I don't think they toast well. We use a toaster. If I am making "oven toast"--like open

face cheese sandwiches, it is great. For morning toast, not so much.
There are two rack levels. Not sure what you mean by reversing..

I use it for small casseroles, baking potatoes==everything I use a large oven for.

It seems that with some toaster ovens you have to remove the rack and turn it over for toasting.

Of course, they you have to do the same thing for another type of cooking.

My Cuisinart is that way. There are three positions bake, toast, broil. Turn it over for broil.
