unusual or different 'something' to go with it....it will prolly be tomato,basil and pine nuts 'cause this maybe a little late to ask for ideas...oh well!

 
This must be a "passe" dish too. No one seems to make it these days, however it was....

sooo good. I think I will make a chocolate one this week.

 
Hey joanie, I didn't see this post until now. I LOVE cheese souffle!

I love anything cheese, that is! smileys/smile.gif

I usually just serve it with some nice bread and a salad. I often use some strong cheeses and a small pinch of cayenne pepper in the souffle itself and I'd hate to "kill" that delicious taste with another flavor.

Also, I often serve it with cold white wine.

I don't care if it's out dated or not, I love cheese souffle and I am keeping it in my reportoare.
