Anyone make home-made marshmellows? I have a recipe for Margarita marshmellows

I have! They were good & easy, but I tried dipping them in caramel

& I think the humidity bug got me. Tasted great though. It is a really sticky and messy process.

Get a load of these. This would be a much simpler process.

Used to make them when I was 13 but I didn't drink so many margaritas then.

I made them once quite a few years ago using an Alton Brown recipe.

They were very good.
