Anyone making liqueurs/fruitcake or any other make ahead holiday items/gifts? If so, what?

Looking for what I can get started on or what I might be behind on! I always see something posted that I wanted to make, but should've started a month ahead or something.

Need some gifting inspiration.

 
I make Cranberry with White Fig Jam for the holidays. That and "pompelmocello" (grapefruit version

of limoncello.) For that matter, we usually gift most of our jams and jellies at the holidays.

 
I've made a batch of granola, 4 batches spiced walnuts, 2 batches black pepper almonds

and 2 batches coconut almond biscoti
