Anyone out there have a tagine? Pro, con? Worth the $$$? Want one. Not sure it's worth it.

Thanks Erin. I'm hanging with Paula later this week. I'll pick her brain, though she's

admittedly biased. Apparently she's got a really nice collection of tagines. Personally, I'm a minimalist and I'd like to explore her books...without one. (Her claypot cooking book, I gave away because I figured I'd never get around to buying the equipment.)Her new Morocco book as me thinking twice....

"To our knowledge this is the only hand thrown tagine made in the US that can go on a

stovetop in the - - -"

Erin, Paula's product should be good as it should meet US safety standards.
