Yes, but a little late....we go to bed at 9 pm. Lights will be out!

That is because we get up early - about 5:30 am.

 
Yes! I was at a dinner party and we loaded the table with candles and shut down everything, dining

by candlelight only is a great way to spend an evening with friends. We didn't turn the lights back on until after 11!

 
Yes, I thought of you yesterday, I hope it's not too bad. That's worse than living on the edge of

Everglades during fire season. At times, there was a lot of ash in the air.

 
I didn't know about it until after the fact.

But our minister turned out the sanctuary lights in church yesterday during the service to participate. It was actually pretty dim in there--the baby was very startled when the lights went out. His eyes got all big--it was very funny.

 
I was actually down at the cabin. ash went up and over us. Anchorage had more on Sat. air traffic

is so backed up. I was planning a short trip to Sacramento for Easter but I'm postponing it for now cuz the volcano keeps on rumbling. bummer. I needed a dose of warmer weather.

one good thing though---I think the ash is good for the garden!
