stumbled across some shortbread cookies that are decked out with the same edible blossoms. Click on the URL link to view and read this cookie recipe. What a pretty sweet to make & serve at a spring or summer tea!

Hi, Deb--I knew someone'd recollect. I'm looking 4ward 2 stirring up these cookies. Thx 4 yr note.

cheezz, in truth I thought of you serving these pansy cookies at one of those lovely teas you host.

You can also lay flowers between two round gyoza skins, inside edges brushed with water to seal.

Then gently boiled briefly to cook and serve with sauce of choice. Like little stained glass windows.
