Anyone try the baking mixes from King Arthur? My mom gave me several boxes of mixes

since she's off carbs for the duration. So now my pantry is richer with:

apple streusel muffins

lemon blueberry scones

cream scones

apricot sour cream scones

I'd love to know if anyone has used these mixes before and what they thought! They look fun.

Heather-I haven't used the mixes but have been happy with everything I've bought

from them & with every recipe of theirs that I have used. I'll bet they are great.
