The only thing I would not be interested in are the spice blends that include salt.
I have some tiny ziplock bags I get at my health food store which they use for their bulk spices, so I can use them to hold the samples. If anyone has a problem finding something to package the spices/herbs in, I can send over some of those bags. Anyway, let me know if anyone wants to do this, and we can post the names of the spices and herbs we want to exchange at the Larder Barter.
