Anyone with experience with bakeries inPhoenix?

My Gal Sal Bakery & Catering (She has a storefront and her stuff is great. She does specialize in allergy free stuff as well - GF/DF/Vegan/Paleo/etc, but also carries "regular" goods).

Also check out The Uptown Farmers' Market (Wednesday and Saturday).

I'd tell you to come check us out at From Scratch, but we are no longer selling at the Farmers' Market.

 
I saw Karl's on Yelp and it had a high rating.

I also saw Gal Sal but have you given Karl's a try and if you have how do the compare? I really like great european pastry and cakes.
The Farmer's Marktet near me on Cactus really is quite a let down from the one we were used to in Torrance Calif.

I meant Bakery Phoenix. The Phoenix Bakery is in L.A.
