Just curious
I've been playing around with it as an alternative to fondant. I've never used the latter because I'm not a fan of the taste AND because it is finicky to use. Modeling chocolate tastes decent and is really easy to use although I'm far from being a pro. Hell, I''m not even an amateur yet
I see hours and hours and hours of practice ahead.
