Anyone work with modeling chocolate?

Just curious

I've been playing around with it as an alternative to fondant. I've never used the latter because I'm not a fan of the taste AND because it is finicky to use. Modeling chocolate tastes decent and is really easy to use although I'm far from being a pro. Hell, I''m not even an amateur yet I see hours and hours and hours of practice ahead.

My daughter used it years ago, to make this monster cake.

It was for a friend's birthday, so I don't know what it tasted like. I think she also used it to make a cell model for her science class. It is fairly easy to work with.
