Apple Pie Cocktail
1 gallon apple cider
1 gallon apple juice
2 cups of sugar
10 cinnamon sticks
Bring to a boil. Let simmer for 2 hours. Strain through cheesecloth. Add fifth of Everclear. Mix well and bottle. It makes 9 wine bottles. Store in refrigerator and shake before serving.
