I can get the sheets at my local Smart-n-Final store, no shipping of course.

You might want to call around to stores in your area.

 
Try Ebay. I just checked and there are listings for 100 sheets with

free shipping. I buy the full sheet pan size in a pack of 1,000 for about $25 from The Restaurant Depot.

 
I've gotten these and they are okay for most things, but

I found that they are not silicon coated. When I made thinly sliced crispy apple chips, they stuck terribly with this parchment. When I used the silicon coated, they came off perfectly. For most cookies, etc. they work fine.

 
I found some in the Hispanic section of the grocery store, but foods stuck as well.

I thought all parchment was the same, but now I know. I guess parchment is used by some for making tamales.
