Yes, I finally figured that out. I thought that was interesting about salted butter as I've really

tried to like unsalted, but have failed. Guess it's the persistance of childhood tastes.

I've never heard of "cultured" butter though. Is it widely available? I have a pound of

Kerrygold butter in the refrigerator waiting for a special occasion! 'Guess I'd better not wait too long according to the article.
