Asado Argentina

I am hosting a big Argentine-style barbeque feast in August for a dozen friends. We were just there and enjoyed all of the courses and festivities of the asado.

Of course I have an Argentina cookbook with lots of recipes for the breads, appetizers, salads, empanadas, grill, desserts, etc. and I'm also looking at Argentine recipes and cooking sites on the net, but I was just wondering if anyone here has any T&T Argentine recipes suitable for an asado?

TIA

First recipe test: Argentinian Yerba Mate Martini

1 ounce yerba mate
6 slices of cucumber
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 cup raw sugar
1 cup water
Vodka
ice

Make simple syrup, bring water to boil, add this sugar, stir to dissolve. Remove from heat and stir in cucumber, zest, and juice. Let steep for several hours. Strain.

In a shaker, add 2-3 ounces vodka and 1/2 ounce of syrup over ice, shake, strain, and make contented sound.
