soooooo wunderful to meet her. She's lovely and lively and has a sparkle in her voice to match the twinkle in her eyes. It was great chatting with her about foodie-things and our culinary jobs and Australia and, gosh, so many things I can hardly recall them all right now in my jet-lagged state...lol.

Here's a photo of us with the Sydney harbour bridge in the background and the ship I sailed on a few hours later. Thank you Sandra for the photo of the ship as we sailed. The night air was so warm and summery and I had tears in my eyes saying goodbye to Sydney as we sailed away. I'd love to one day return to Australia and hopefully meet up with you again.

I'd love to visit Australia sometime. We have friends there who are always trying to get us to come visit.
