Bacon Bread.... from Forkish's book

Not the artisan bread Sally has posted but I have made

loaf bread with bacon folded in. It makes for a killer BLT in the summer. The bread dough was the potato "sourdough" starter which makes a great sandwich/toasting loaf of bread.

 
Looks wonderful! Just a quick question...

In the recipe, for the final dough, is it really 8 grams of whole wheat flour? Seems like not much...

 
It's correct, just 8g

you could add more, but I think this bread is close to perfection as it is....

worth experimenting with, though....
