I tried an interesting app. It didn't come out exactly as I hoped, but still got good reviews. Using club, waverly or similar rectangular cracker. Divide 3/4 # bacon into thirds, wrap around cracker with cut sides on the bottom with minimal overlap. Place on wire rack on cookie sheet with rims, cook for 1 1/2 hrs at 250 until bacon is crisp and has contracted to make crackers look like bows. I can't remember where I got the recipe. So no bow shape, but a great bacon taste! Oh, yeah, you had to cool them on the wire racks.
