I am rather tired of seeing bacon being put into every thing. I like bacon for breakfast or in bacon and tomato sandwiches for lunch, and a lot of other things too. Just seems strange putting it in a cookie....you could call it a breakfast cookie and that would make it all right with me. LOL!

They do look really good although I agree about not calling it a 'cookie' - my brain is thinking
"sweet, preferably with chocolate involved", while the mouth is biting into bacon... I like 'pinwheels' or 'pastry' smileys/smile.gif

I'd like these considering my favorite part of having pancakes is dipping
my bacon (or sausage) in the syrup.
