These are incredible!
Made them the other evening while the power was out - 100 degrees, hail storm and lightning strike to power poll across the street...
I made 60 of these little devils. Cooked them the next evening for a party, put them out at 7:00, gone by 7:15...
Some tips - cut the peppers so they are deeper than wide. 1 lb bacon and 1.5 blocks of cream cheese will do about 40 (20 whole peppers).
These are truly addictive and are definitely going in my hors d'oeuvres repertoire!
