Alcohol and Salmonella....

alcohol will kill Salmonella and E.coli, but only at a very high (70% or higher) level, so that's not a practical option

bleach is much more effective, but you definitely do not want to wash your spinach with bleach...

you are better off by avoiding the suspicious products.

Washing the leaves will remove some of the bacteria, but it's hard to know the level of contamination, and how efficiently the washing would remove bacteria attached to the leaves.

So, unfortunately, the best approach is to avoid consuming these products.

 
Maybe if you gargle for a minute or two...
