article this week. I actually made a loaf rather than making the rolls but I like the bread. I used the entire cup of oatmeal and started with the half cup water and then added an additional 1/4 cup. This was way too much water. After the first rise I realized the dough was way too slack and kneaded in some (1/2 cup?) additional flour but it really should have had more than that. I let it rise a little too long in the loaf pan so the top collapsed somewhat in the oven, but still a nice and nice textured loaf. I would also cut the two teaspoons salt back if using regular instead of kosher salt.
